Meditating regularly and consistently centers us in the Divine Life so that over time we reflect more fully the “Christ in us, the hope of glory.” To live into this Christ consciousness takes time as we allow ourselves to let go of the chains that bind us and settle into the freedom and joy of living in the Spirit.
